When you book a call, you share your details with Google Calendar. When you book recovery, you share your details with MassageBook. When you email, call, or text us, we receive what you send.

Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically receive your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages requested for security and reliability.

Please do not send medical or health details through our website form. Health intake for recovery sessions is handled during booking and in person.

To reply to your inquiry, schedule calls and sessions, provide and improve our services, communicate with you about your request, protect the site against spam and abuse, and meet legal obligations. We send marketing emails only if you ask for them or have consented, and every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting and database providers, Google Workspace (email and calendar), MassageBook (recovery bookings), and internal messaging tools used to alert us to new inquiries. These providers may only use your information to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Our site may link to or embed services such as Google Calendar, MassageBook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. These services have their own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review them. Our YouTube content loads only after you click to play.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Our site uses essential local storage to keep you signed in to MyISD. Google Fonts receives a request when the site loads. MassageBook booking content loads on the recovery page, and YouTube content loads only after you click to play. These providers may receive technical information and use their own cookies or storage under their privacy policies. Google Calendar and LinkedIn receive requests when you follow their links. No public analytics tool is configured in our site code.

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records, then delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including private storage and spam protection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact us and we will delete it. Athletes under 18 need a parent or guardian's approval before booking, applying, or sharing information with us.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
